Valerianos plays as a left back, trying to perform closer to attack. Has an experience of playing a winger and wing-back.

Valerianos began playing football with Olympiacos. being one of the best young players in U-21 team. He made 44 appearances for the youth team with four goals. In 2014 he signed for FC Iraklis in the Greek Football League.

In 2017 he signed with FC Aris where he played for two seasons.

In 2019 Valerianos signed a three years' contract with Cypriot FC Pafos. In 2019 he played on loan for Latvian FC Riga, playing some good games in UEFA Europa League.

He is also a Greek international, having played for U19 team as well as a game for the main team so far.
