  •   Work process will be organized online by the all team of YFT agency - analytics from the stuff of agency and more than 100 partner scouts all over the world, skilled command of analysts and big network of partners.
  •  Locally should work 3 following persons : Tehnical and Sporting Director - Andrey Grushin and 2 assistants (suitable staff of YFT agency), translator
  • Thе agency already has a team of Indonesian managers and scouts which is currently working 

DIRECTIONS OF WORK:
  • Scouting of young Indonesian players. YFT agency observes this market for several years. We have the list of the best talents and the most promising players and contacts of them. Also we have experience in conversation in the question of loan of young players. 
  • Accent in scouting of foreigners should be on Latin America and Southeast Asia. Also we have a list of players in these regions. 
  • Reallife scouting at matches of Indonesian league 1 and 2 devision during 1 year. The purpose should be to make the base of suitable players for the club for the nearest seasons.
