• Experience in sporting management of football club with close interaction with Chairmen, coaches and all stuff of the main team and Young Academy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and able to relate well to people at all levels and ages. 

•   Work process will be organized online by the all team of YFT agency - more than 50 scouts all over the world, skilled command of analysts and big network of partners.

DIRECTIONS OF WORK:

• Scouting of young Thailand players. YFT agency observes this market for several years. We have the list of the best talents and the most promising players and contacts of them. Also we have experience in conversation in the question of loan of young players. 
• Accent in scouting of foreigners should be on Latin America (Brazil, Argentina) and Southeast Asia. Also we have a list of players in these regions. 
• Reallife scouting at matches of Thailand league 1 and 2 devision during 1 year. The purpose should be to make the base of suitable players for the club for the nearest seasons. 

IMPORTANT ! We have opportunity to scout more than 2000 players in 1 transfer window.

• Creating a team of  local Thailand professionals - scouts and analytics, training them and transfer of YFT company experience.
• In case of necessary creating coaching team. 
• Making detailed reports for each player of the team two times a season. The purpose is motivation for player growth.
• Communication with team in purpose of improving their game.
